Privacy Policy

This policy covers the mobile games Kingdom Watch Tower Defense, Orc Siege Tower Defense, Necro Spire Tower Defense and Moonwood Tower Defense (the "Games"), made by Nexus671 Games.

What we collect

We do not sell any data. We have no accounts, no sign-in and no servers of our own. Your game progress (gold, towers, upgrades, hearts, rewards and settings) is saved only on your device and never leaves it. Uninstalling a Game deletes this data.

Game statistics

To learn how the Games are played (for example, which waves are too hard), the Games send anonymous usage statistics to Google Analytics for Firebase:

• Game events, for example a wave started, cleared or failed, a reward claimed, a tower or building upgraded
• A random app instance identifier created by Firebase (not your name, email or Advertising ID)
• Device and app information, for example device model, Android version, language and app version
• IP address, which Google uses only to estimate your country or region and does not keep

The Games do not collect the Android Advertising ID and do not use this data for advertising. Google processes it as our service provider under the Firebase privacy and security terms and the Google Privacy Policy. Statistics are kept for up to 14 months.

You can turn statistics off at any time: in a Game, open Settings and switch Anonymous statistics off.

Advertising

The Games do not show ads. If this changes, we will update this policy first.

Children

The Games are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
